How do I get my missing cable provider listed in OneGuide?

My cable provider, Hiawatha Broadband Communications (hbci.com), is not listed as a provider for my zip code. Who do I contact to try and get the channel lineups in the OneGuide? Do I contact the provider, Microsoft, Rovi? I searched for answers in the forums
but really only see individual request by PM to keep track. I was wondering if there could be an answer listed on who we should contact and what the steps should be?

Cable Provider not listed

My provider is Litestream Holdings in zip code 32092. It shows up on Zap2It and Titantv, but not on Xbox One.

Could someone please let me know the process for getting this addressed? Thanks!

Where can I go to request for Xbox one to update my cable provider? I have AT&T U-Verse and it's not showing that as an option.

So, was this resolved? I want to switch from cable to fiber, but that provider is not listed in my OneGuide setup. I can't live without voice commands anymore, so I'd like to know that the new company can be added before I make the move. Thanks!

 

If you want a provider added, go to TV & OneGuide settings -> Troubleshooting -> Report a OneGuide Problem.

 

I also have the same problem in chile, VTR was anounced like one of the oneguide but when a put my zip code that says that I dont have any providers in my country
