How do I get my Microsoft rewards account unsuspended

Regarding account suspension, there are a couple of possible reasons.

1. Your account has been detected to violate the Rewards terms of service.
a. Use a third-party app, such as a VPN, to access different reward markets
b. Use multiple accounts when using the program on the same device
c. Use tools or search for random words or letters to earn points faster
2. There is a glitch with the rewards program, resulting in your account being misidentified as violating the terms of service.

You could also check your email account to see if there were any email reports, also check your spam folder and do the following:

-try to ask the exact reason for the ban by replying to the response email.

Hi, if you're able to see something like "account locked" as soon as you sign in
You may need to fill the account reinstatement form to obtain a response from the Microsoft Account Rebiew team

Or Microsoft support were not able to help you with this and they locked your account to avoid fraudulent use?

Yes I do have access to my account however I was notified it was suspended indefinitely and that support couldn’t provide any details or further reasoning as to why. I’ve done nothing wrong apart from some hacker stealing my gamertag there should be no fraudulent activity which I discussed that problem with support last week so if this was a ban for his activity on my account it is definitely late and unwarranted. And I believe he was unsuccessful logging into my account he changed my gamertag without actually having access to my account info support has not been helpful and I would just like to resume playing games on my account.
