How do I get my Microsoft Account back ? It was Compliance Lock

If you tried to sign in to your account and received a message that it's been locked, it's because activity associated with your account might violate our Terms of Use. We know that having your account locked can be frustrating, and we apologize for the inconvenience, but our Terms of Use help us protect all of our customers, including you.

To have us review your account status, use the online form at the link below to tell us about your locked account and how to contact you. Most Microsoft support agents don't have access to this form, so using it is the only way to have us review and reinstate your account.

When we receive your info, the system will send you an email with a ticket tracking number. A Microsoft customer service representative will then contact you via email to provide a status update, request more info, or give you instructions on how to get back into your account. You’ll get further emails with updates until your account is restored.

My microsoft account got locked and when i try to sign in on xbox it tells me to go to the website on the screen and when i do i need to to do a compliance lock and i have to wait for microsoft to get back to me my account has been locked for weeks
now and its frustrating.

If after submitting the account reinstatement form you received that reply, unfortunately there is nothing to do, my friend.

I'm really sorry about this. But when your account get compliance locked, only the Microsoft Online Safety team can restore it back. No other Microsoft employee can do anything about it.

And the recovery form also does not work for accounts that have two factor authentication enabled.
