How do I get my live gold stuff to work?

so basically, i have gamepass ultimate. and pretty recently, all the live gold discounts stopped working. I tried buying gta 5 with this discount, and instead of it showing that i have a live gold discount, it prompts me to get live gold to save money. the problem is, when i click it, it just says "manage subscription", because i already have over 11 months remaining of gamepass ultimate. I don't know what to do. resetting my console doesn't help, i've tried.

Yeah some how I can no longer chat with my friends or do multiplayer stuff I know I only have silver but I don't know how this works do I have to switch to gold now?

If the games are installed, it needs the game service, if it is not working or not installed, it is probably related to the permissions of the profile you created in windows.

try creating another profile with another account and see if it works.
