    How do I get my hacked Xbox account back???


    Okay so here is the situation... I have made another post before but I'm scared to make a ATO/Account takeover case because others have had their account suspended and deleted so the hacker couldn't access it. I just want my account back. They hacked my 2fa as well so I can't do a recovery form unless it's for transferring my data over and this is the main question... If I were to complete the recovery form to transfer my Gamerscore to my next Xbox account will it delete my linked Xbox account or will it keep my account linked and save my cosmetics to the other account? Also, is there anyway that I can get my account just back, and not suspended or deleted.

    If your account was under the gmail domain then you need to contact Google :(

    Microsoft can not do anything if it was not a "Microsoft" account :(

    Hello Neil_400, , I'm sorry about what happened to your account, however in this case you should contact Xbox Customer Service via chat and request an ATO (Account Takeover), this is because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and procedures that Xbox Support has.

    However, ATO is a similar procedure to the online form, but done by a Microsoft agent, it will need as much information as possible for you to do the procedure.

    Here in the community we are independent consultants, so we do not have access to the same information and tools that support has.

    Each account recovery case is unique, and if you request the ATO, you must wait for a response from Microsoft's investigation department.
