Today i was playing on a minecraft server, i then clicked on a discord server link, i put my email in for verification to the discord server. It sent a pincode to my email and i wrote the pincode in the discord verification box. Then, I recieved an email saying that there was suspicious activity in my account and that security info was added and deleted from the email : *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. then i clicked the box saying that it wasnt me. Once i typed my microsoft email in, it said that the account doesnt exist anymore. this hacker changed all my details.

I'm sorry to hear that someone stole your account. I know how frustrating it can be when this happens. Let's say that the only alternative you have at this moment is to send the account recovery form (If your information was deleted there is nothing to do unfortunately), I have also been through this situation, so I can give you some recommendations.

The first thing is to enter information that the account has, in case a phone number or card has been deleted, you should simply omit that information and not add it to the form. That said, you can enter the following link:

If your account was under the gmail domain then you need to contact Google

Microsoft can not do anything if it was not a "Microsoft" account

Hello Neil_400, , I'm sorry about what happened to your account, however in this case you should contact Xbox Customer Service via chat and request an ATO (Account Takeover), this is because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and procedures that Xbox Support has.

However, ATO is a similar procedure to the online form, but done by a Microsoft agent, it will need as much information as possible for you to do the procedure.
