how do i get my games off of a banned account?

You can’t, when your account is banned, you forfeit everything

You forfeit everything on an account once it's banned. So if you want the games again, you'd have to buy them.

Changing your password will sign you out of your account on all devices. Also, as additional security, you can also set up two-step verification.

Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/security and then click on advanced security options to turn on your two-step verification.

Also, from there you can check your sign-in activity so you can validate.
