I’ve just redeemed a code for the Rematch closed beta and it said it successfully redeemed but there is no place i can access the game and it is not downloading what do i do

The error you have is due to you not having a resolution selected in the top right box

works fine just sorted it and recorded the fix for you.

also make sure .net 2.0 is fully installed from the following link

Open the Microsoft Store and sign in to the account that the game was purchased on.

Also make sure you are signed in to the correct account and check if the purchase is in your order history;
