How do i get my forza horizon 5 to boot up

I'm sorry for the issue you're experiencing with Horizon. Naturally, since you've been using the title until now, it's not a hardware-specific problem. It's likely a bug causing the issue. If I understand correctly, you've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game without success. The first thing I recommend, although it may seem obvious, is to check that your Windows is up to date, as well as the drivers for your components.

I also invite you to ensure that the Xbox app and Gaming Services are up to date.

to update Game services

Press the Start button on the taskbar, type store, and open the Microsoft Store app.
Select Library.
Under Updates & downloads, check if there are any updates available for the Xbox app or Gaming Services app. If an update is available, select Update.

If the issue remains, you can also remove and reinstall Gaming services.

To do this you must press the Start button on the taskbar,
type 'powershell,'
right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select 'Run as administrator.'

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on that page and select 'Yes' when you receive the User Account Control (UAC)
prompt.
Restart your device and try to install the game again.

• Reset the game
Try resetting the game by going to Settings > Apps > Forza Horizon 5 > Advanced options > Reset.



• Check your graphics card drivers
Make sure that your graphics card drivers are up to date. You can do this by going to the NVIDIA website and downloading the latest drivers for your GeForce RTX 2060.



• Disable antivirus software
Sometimes antivirus software can interfere with game files and cause issues. Try disabling your antivirus software temporarily and see if that resolves the issue.

OK, thx for replying, but how to get my hands on Forza Horizon 5 is still a problem with nothing more then a Bankpass.

My question is the exact opposite. In Forza 5, I purchase DLC vehicles and they are available to me and my son's gamertag. When I purchase DLC in Forza Horizon 2 only I can access them. How do I get him access to them as well?
