    How do I get my clips back?


    I deleted lots of clips which was over 3 years ago and they weren’t on my hard drive and I’m trying to find a way to get it back without backup. Is there a way?

    I'm sorry but if you have deleted game clips that aren't uploaded to Xbox Network as well, there is no option to recover them.

    That's why, by deleting them on our Xbox network it will no longer be accessible for us or there will be no option for us to recover them.

    This depends on your connection speed and availability.

    You can try changing your DNS on the console, that might help a bit.

    Please, follow these steps:

    Go to Profile and System > Settings

    In the Settings menu, select General > Network settings.

    Select the network you're connected to, then select Advanced settings > Manual

    On the DNS field, input these:

    Primary: 8.8.8.8

    Secondary: 8.8.4.4

    Save settings.
