How do I get my bans lifted if someone else has been signing into my account and purposely...

I gave my account information to my ex because we used to play games together and I shared mine with him. Lately he’s been logging onto my account and saying things to his friends account which his friend reports and gets me banned. All the times I’ve been banned I wasn’t even home, let alone my xbox was even on.

To add to what was already said, keep in mind you are responsible for your account at all times and simply sharing your account details in and of itself is actually a bannable offense. Due to this don't be surprised if they deny your appeal.

I understand your situation, but the only way to lift the ban is to try to appeal for it if possible, okay? I am very sorry for this situation, but what you need to do is change your login information ( everything you can, from password to mobile number, etc ) and then try to appeal for the ban.

I have not been suspended or banned??? They just keep locking my account and I have to get a code sent to a phone every time. How is that getting banned? I have called Xbox support 4 times over the last 2 and a half weeks and they claim it has been passed
to someone else. And that I would hear from them within 3 days. That was over 2 weeks ago. If my account was banned I wouldn't be able to log into it at all. So how am I banned? I am not

it depends on what the ban was for and if the ban was sanctioned incorrectly. if it was for swearing or hate speech against the person who reported him then he was rightfully banned. if he was banned for something that he shouldn't have been it would have
to be taken up with the Xbox live enforcement team. they probably wont lift hi ban as they were the ones that sanctioned it, not a bot to do the work for them.

how long is the ban for?? if its his first it shouldn't be to long at all. if its his 3rd or 4th then it could be 1-2 weeks???? juts curious about this
