How do I get my add ons to work?

In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don’t select it).

Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.

Select the game tile, and then select each checkbox for which items you want to install.

Select Install, to confirm the installation.

Hey Lover, it sounds like the process you'd want to complete would be a
license transfer. However, to complete that, you will need to know your account details for a profile recovery. If you don't remember your password, phone support for your region should be able to help, as long as you can provide the relevant account information,

I get the Ads. but I have no idea why/how I get them. I get them for Canada. Home Hardware Ad's. My friend lives in Canada Too. But his will not be the same.
