From what I understand, you forgot your credentials for your main Xbox account, is that correct? Unfortunately we cannot help you with that here since it is a Microsoft public forum where we are all players like you who help other players but who are having basic problems such as games or console problems.

Having said that, there is an account recovery form which you must fill out with some information that you remember (The account email is mandatory). There they will verify, according to the information provided, that you are the owner of the account, therefore they will give you access again.

I'm sorry to hear about this issue. Have you tried connecting your Xbox to a different network or using a wired connection to see if that allows you to sign in?

If you're able to sign in at https://account.xbox.com/en-us/Profile without any issues, then your account is fine. It’s possible that your Xbox isn't getting enough bandwidth from your internet connection, preventing it from signing in.

In the meantime, try connecting through a mobile hotspot to see if you can sign in. If that doesn't work, try using a wired (Ethernet) connection and check if that resolves the issue.

As you don’t recall the email address, you may want to try recovering your account by submitting the account recovery form but using instead a previously linked phone number or previously created Skype username (is not the same as our gamertag)
