    How do I get microsoft to send me my shipping label?


    I've opened several repair orders to get my 180 dollar elite series 2 controller fixed and they always expire because I am never sent, nor able to access the shipping label. The most recent order was opened on the 5th and I have heard nothing. I have followed all the steps to find where it should be on the devices page but it is not there. The shipping label does not exist. My warranty expires on the 22nd of this month. Again I have requested repair multiple times and I am not ever sent the shipping label. I have even called support and all they did was have me sit and wait for 45 minutes to tell me that they'd call me back later. They never called back, and I still have not received my shipping label. I am extremely frustrated as I spent nearly 200 dollars on a product that Microsoft is seemingly refusing to stand by. I have looked up the issue I am having and it's been known for years.

    Hello Worm, if you have already opened your order if service through the site, make sure that the email with shipping labe did not go to the spam box or junk mail, if you are not in any of these places, contact Xbox Service via Chat, and pass the protocol number that was generated when you made the warranty, only they can provide you with shipping label.

    Yup, they told me “unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a shipping label” how do you expect people to send out their defective consoles if you dont give them a shipping label? Xbox support is such a joke.

    I started a request for repair. I had to pay $10 for expedited shipping. Will this cover the cost of shipping to Microsoft? Will they be sending me a shipping box with prepaid shipping label?

    Hi there!

    If a shipping label was offered to you during the setup of that repair you would receive that in the email attached to your console account.

    Did you set that repair up online or with a
    chat or phone agent?
