How do I get Microsoft to quit spamming me on my console with alerts for MS Rewards?

stop freaking spamming it all this goes to my *** email ive reposted this damn thing in the liev rewards sectiob but alas you guys dont have a *** delete topic button for us so how the hell do i get your stupid @@@ to quit spamming my email ?

In my case it's not that I'm getting notifications, that's no big deal and I do want them. The issue is since they "fixed" whatever they "fixed" it is flat out spamming people notifications now where it did not before. You'd get a single notification before that somebody was online and now it spams you when they sign on the console, spams you when they sign onto the Xbox App (I want to add it NEVER alerted me when somebody was on the Xbox App before, only alerted to them signing into the consoles) and spams you when they come back from being idle on one or both even if they are already showing as online. I'm getting spammed alerts to people I'm playing online with that they are signing online where it didn't do that before either. I'm getting extra alerts too it seems because I still have the Console Companion app installed (for reasons) and it's alerting me in the Xbox App (both PC and mobile), Game Bar and Console Companion on top of my console (my Xbox 360 in this case as I don't have any Xbox console beyond that), not just 1 of them. I'm getting alerts of people signing in on all of those at the same time and it's rather annoying.

These alerts may be back again but whatever they did broke something else in the process.

I have both XBox live rewards and Microsoft rewards. Will I still get my XB rewards credits converted into MS rewards points on my existing MS rewards?

My friend who doesn't use these forums has been getting them, I have been getting them. MS need to do something. We don't pay for gold membership to be constantly spammed about pizza and free PS4s.

It's quite a problem.
