How do I get it to install content?

For some reason, it does not want to update apps or install games. It just stays at 0 or it downloads a bit and then stops. Sometimes the installation stops. No troubleshooting helps. I have did everything. I reset the console, rebooted it, cleared the MAC address, changed the DNS settings (tried Google and Cloudfare), cleared the MAC address, tried a different network, tried using ethernet, etc. It just doesn't want to work and install games. The internet is also pretty fast. So, I doubt it has anything to do with that. Please help me fix this so I can play games on it.

Have you tried to reset the console?

Check the console is up to date.

Sign out of your profile then sign in.

Check xbox status

Try a different internet connection, like a mobile hotspot.

If all fails factory reset the xbox.

If you still have this issue, please contact xbox support, the console may need repairs.

Ok so it shows i only have content pack 4 installed how do I get the others?

How do I reinstall the disk 2 content? It says it is already installed and gives no such option.

Yeah, the additional content is not ready ti be installed yet, you will get it. I had gpu since it launched and of course it installed the standard edition only, as with gears 4 that's how it works, the ultimate content is installed separately and probably
will appear as an update as launch day approaches.

You can't redeem them at Autoshow! I have the same problem. I paid for the season pass so I could do a monthly Rival challenge "East Shore Roar"that needed a Jaguar F-Type R Coupe. Now when I try to do the challenge it says "Installing content 0%" but nothing
installs. The Marketplace says the pack is Installed as expected but the game doesn't recognise it. How do I get the cars I paid for?
