    How do I get in touch with the XBOX people? What happened to my ORDER?


    I had a bluetooth problem with my xbox design lab controller and was unable to fix it after several attempts at different methods. So I applied for exchange and sent my XBOX controller via email instructions. (I got the support request number and also a tracking number from the delivery company and the state is delivered)

    But after 10 days of no news, I couldn't find any information about my controller in my miscrosoft account (I didn't enter my device in the account before while I'm still using it). xbox support chat didn't recognise my problem; I called the support team once but hung up without solving the problem and I can't call them anymore cause the options was gray out.

    I just want to know what's going on with my controller what do I have to do to find my controller? I need my controller.

    > Select Show Contact options
    > Select Request a call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.

    We understand that you wanted to connect with a live representative from Xbox support. There could be a lot of reasons why it will not connect you to the live support. Please consider your internet connection or if you are connected with virtual private network (VPN) or proxy server it will block you or will not allow you to access some sites. You may try New Inprivate Window or press Ctrl+Shift+N browser, different device/s or connect to different network and follow these steps:

    1. Please use this link: Contact us | Xbox Support
    2. Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.
    3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the lists.
    4. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
    5. Select the "Contact Us" button
    6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
