    How do I get in touch with the repair center, my controller was recently repaired and when...


    My controller was recently returned from the repair center and when it arrived the package was damaged and the controller was broken, the grip was falling off on the left side of the controller and there was pieces of plastic falling off of it. This is a series 2 Elite controller. I have tried the 877 number for the US but it keeps hanging up on me.

    microsoft will not repair my console.

    If your console was not repaired by Microsoft, the repair center will not touch it. It is in fact considered tampered with.

    I was able to get in touch with someone over the weekend and the repair center created a ticket for my accessories to be recovered. Thanks for the help and suggestions on this issue.

    Do not send Xbox to Microsoft for repairs

    Just for reference, if anyone else breaks the seal on your Xbox then your Xbox can never be repaired by Microsoft ever again. They are the only authorized repair center.

    Once that tamper seal has been removed, the repair center won't touch your xbox.

    Hey there Firestarter 496,

    You'll actually need to register the console first. Once you've done that you'll have the option to "Repair an accessory" for which you can do the controller. Let us know if you're having any issues!
