How do I get in touch with a real person

I cannot log into my account because when I go to reset my password it only lets me send a code to a number but that phone number is my old one and I no longer have access to it. I’ve tried submitting anything I have access to in order to get my account back but I need to talk to a real person in order to get this figured out

once denied that's it perma ban means you lose everything and will not be unbanned, there is no other way to contact enforcement and support are not allowed to assist in any way and they cannot see any info either.

Before sending it in try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. I have known it to fix this issue many many times. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of
the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test the results.
