How do I get in contact with someone about a refund for a game?

In January I sent in a refund request the day my kid bought a game by accident and the refund requests says it was approved that day, but it's now March and I still haven't received the refund. I contacted Microsoft via their website as they were the only people I could 'chat' with and was told they would message Xbox because they couldn't issue the refund, but I've heard from neither.

When I go to Xbox to find someone to contact there is actually no option, even to have an online chat, no email no number. I went through a heap of questions, and it only goes to refund current purchases and there's no option to contact anyone. The Contact page says Phone Support 9am-8pm GMT weekdays (as I'm in Australia this is at night and so I cannot contact via phone) and 24-hour web chat but after going through the contact us questions it says phone calls and chats aren't available for this issue??

Actually stumped as to how to fix the issue.

Bit it hasn't been used and requested refund the next day. They denied with over 14 days ago and changed the purchase date to April. I have the original purchase emails to confirm bought on 6th June and bank statement with money being paid on that date too

Typically in-game currency isn't refundable as it's o time use

Same issue here.

Got my refund request approved in 20th of Jan and no sign of my money to this day.

Microsoft says it only takes 2-3 business days for monetary refund after approval but this is taking way too long.
