How do i get help being unbanned, i’ve done nothing wrong

Recently i got suspended and i submitted an appeal asking for what the reason was, they said it was for refunding many purchases and that was all they said, i was permanently banned and the “refunded purchases” were all made in different countries on different consoles that i don’t know who they are or how the consoles had my account, my account has been hacked before and i’ve had money stolen from me before, but now i’m banned because a separate xbox across the world has my account and refunded, all of the “refunded purchases” were made with separate cards too, not my card and not from my location where i live and always play. Please help me

I am sorry you are having issues with the banning system on Xbox. Please keep in mind, this is a user forum, we are not Microsoft.

You can find all your bans and their reasons here: [support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history]. You can also appeal all non-permanent bans here also. It is up to the enforcement team whether they validate the appeal. Just explain to them what you explained to me. =D

i’ve done everything i’ve checked the enforcement thing and nothing , the contact and support team is awful i just want to play games with my mates but some guy i beat on a game reports me i’ve done nothing wrong!

Yeah thanks but ik for fact I’ve done nothing I’ve read it and nothing adds up but thank u for the assistance anyway it’s just mad how there’s no way to get help once ur denied falsely

As already stated, if the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do. The account won't be unbanned.

damn that’s tuff i’ve seen people who were console banned get unbanned tho
