    Nothing seems here to be helpful to me at all.

    I have tried all of these things and even tried the family account but this still is not working for me and the others I believe.

    I've also tried contacting support to get help with this through phone and no one knew this issue at all.

    Everything brings me to the support page on Xbox whenever I try to do anything. Nothing works.

    As per the official support article https://support.xbox.com/help/errors/error-code-8027025a that specific error code indicates that you can’t launch an app - is this what you’re trying to do? What app is it, or does the error occur with all apps? What exactly did Xbox Support advise?

    Yeah there is a huge downside to deleting your Gamertag if your not able to reinstall it, it happened to me at the request of the M$ rep. =/
