Q - If I buy a Season Pass, will I get early access to the Call of Duty®: Black Ops 2 DLC Map Packs?

A - No, fans who purchase the Season Pass will have access to each of the Call of Duty®: Black Ops 2 DLC Map Packs on the same date as those who purchase the DLC Map Packs á la carte for their respective platform.

Hello, i am currently trying to purchase the "Vengeance" DLC for Black ops 2, None of those work since the online marketplace just gives me a Error that something went wrong with the current payment method or something

I'm sorry to hear about the DLC troubles. Let's see what we can do to get things sorted.

First off, to be sure I understand:

1. If one storage device is your hard drive, what is your second storage device?
   
2. When you first downloaded the Vengeance DLC, did you download it to the hard drive or the second storage device?
   
3. What storage device is your other Black Ops 2 DLC downloaded to (if you have other Black Ops 2 DLC)?
   

I suggest removing your secondary storage device and downloading the DLC to just your Hard Drive. Then, with only your Hard Drive plugged in, try accessing the DLC in game again.
