How do I get back onto call with a Microsoft employee?

Please check your email for a case reference number which should have been issued by Xbox Support when you requested the call back. If not, please reach out to Xbox Support again, requesting a callback and explain the issue to them. They should be able to look on their system to see who was dealing with your ticket and see if they are online. If they are online, they can try and direct you though or continue with the case themselves.

Can I just say that these details are for X Box One and they are not the same for X Box 360. There are no options for technical support on X Box 360.

Hi thank you. I put in my land line number. It took me a while to realise you had to put in a dash between numbers, but finally I got a message saying they would call me back. Never did. World of Tanks has now resolved our problem. Years ago, when I first
bought an X Box, Microsoft phone support was excellent. Now, it's non existent. Whilst support on this forum has been helpful, it didn't resolve my problems. I'm afraid I wouldn't buy Microsoft again as it seems they make a great deal of money but won't invest
in customer service. Shame.

I noticed from the other thread you've been replying on that you are located in the UK, is that correct?

I'm not sure why the callback option is not working for you but I found this international support number for Xbox in UK. Hopefully this will help.
