I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Microsoft account being locked out.

"Your account has been restricted or locked because the system has noticed some unusual activity on your accounts such as entering the wrong password too many times either by you or someone else (a potential intruder). To help protect you from potential fraud, abuse & hackers attacks so, therefore, the system has temporarily locked your account.

So in this case what you need to fill out is the account reinstatement form to reactivate your account instead of filling out the Account recovery form. Please those 2 forms serve different purposes:

I am tryin to transfer points from my acct to my sons acct.? How do Ido this

I have the exact same thing happening to me. My son has an iPad and wants to play Minecraft with his friend and he needs an x box account for this. We don't have an x box console.

1. I created a Microsoft email for him and attached to my family.

2. I added x box profile to my Microsoft email without any issues

3. I then tried to add x box to my sons account it asks to accept and type in my (the parent) email account.

4. I do this, then put in my password

5. I end up on the "page not found" screen as described above

Tried the support thing suggest but that too just loops through a chat bot which doesn't help then back to the exact same starting page when you ask to talk to someone.

Also tried going into my profile to see if I can my Sons xbox profile from there as suggested but I cant work out how to do that

I understand that is how it is currently setup. What I do not understand is ... My Windows 10 xbox acct IS my xbox 360 acct. If the games are available to redownload on a 360 with signing into my xbox acct and I use the exact same acct to set up my windows
10 xbox app, along with the games being available for both devices ... I should be able to download a compatible version for any device I use my 1 and only acct on, especially since I have already purchased the game title on my xbox acct... How does one do
that??

I have damaged mu x box and water has got in to it. Now it wont switch on. If I get a new x box will I be able to transfer my games from my old x box to my new one. Are they backed up anywhere? if I log on with my x box live account will my games be accessible?

Yeah as far as im aware any digital games you have purchased on your xbox live account will be able to be used on another xbox consoles provided you log in to the same account the games were purchased from they should be ready to install on the new console
throught the my games and apps page.
