    how do I get back my progress ?


    I played on my Xbox series X Minecraft, and I also played on my PC Both consoles had different logins and different progress, but when I logged into my Xbox with all the progress I had since I started my PC Minecraft showed up instead of my Xbox Minecraft progress I don't know if it over wrote all the progress I had on my Xbox or why it did that but that's what happened how do I fix it.

    Please note that this is a public forum, I will be responding to you in short period of time and I apologize for a delay in response. As I am merely a user trying to provide insight and information that may be helpful.

    Your worlds on PC will not sync on Xbox because they are different platforms, except for Realms. The data you are seeing on your console is the progress you have on your Xbox cloud saves for this account. Please try to check your cloud saves, and confirm if the data is the same you see in-game.

    1. On Home, select My games & apps.
    2. Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, then select Manage game & add-ons.
    3. Select the Saved data box.

    Hello THWRLD, by your description you must have subscribed your save from the cloud to the console.

    If you've already restarted the game, or even restarted the console and the save didn't come back, unfortunately it was lost.

    The levels reset with every Season, the last one started in Dec. 6, 2023.

    Please, open a support ticket with Activision to reactivate your account progression.

    I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your lost saved data. No worries, let me help you sort this out.

    It's important to note that this is a public user-to-user community forum, and none of us here work for Microsoft.

    All your saved games are automatically backed up to the cloud. Try to sign in to your Xbox account to Xbox Live on your console, install and play the game. It should download the save state from the cloud to continue your progress.

    If the save game however is gone in the cloud as well, then there is currently no way to get it back again.
