How do I get back my original Mojang username, after migrating to microsoft?

Hello, after migrating my mojang account to a microsoft account, I appear to have lost my original mojang username, which caused me to lose all of my progress on multiple servers, including my paid for optifine cape. After trying to log into my old mojang account it tells me that the email isn't registered to mojang anymore, which causes me not to be able to log back in and change my name. I need to recover my original username, if not I do not even see the point of playing the game anymore.

If you have migrated your Mojang account to a Microsoft account and have lost your original Mojang username, you may be able to recover it by following these steps:

Go to the Mojang account migration page: https://account.mojang.com/migrate

Log in with your Microsoft account email and password.

Once you have logged in, you should see a message saying "You've already migrated!" Click on the "Need help?" link below this message.

Fill out the form with as much information as you can, including your original Mojang username and any transaction IDs from purchases you have made on your account.

Submit the form and wait for a response from Mojang support.

If Mojang support is able to verify your ownership of the account, they may be able to restore your original Mojang username. However, please note that this process may take some time and there is no guarantee that your original username can be recovered. In the meantime, you may need to create a new username and start fresh on servers.

Hi, sorry for not getting back immediately. I played around with multiple accounts and somehow I managed to get my mojang account back, ty for a fast reply though!

Originally I bought the game with a mojang account (This was back in 2016 I think)

I then changed the email for the mojang account.

then with the migration, I migrated it to my current microsoft account that is not related to any of the previous emails.

The migration was successful and I was able to play game.

I stopped playing for a while, but after trying to log in with the same microsoft account that worked previously, minecraft was not there anymore.

Since I bought it with a mojang account, there is no record of a purchase/transaction.
