How do i get back my minecraft bedrock account if i dont have my old pc.

Hello,

I need help to de able to regain my minecraft bedrock account. Here the context: I bought it before on another pc, but later on that pc broke. Now i have a new pc but when i try to sign in ( by pressing the sign in button on the main screen) it says that i have to buy it again. I have tried redownloading it from the original microsoft account that i bought it but it didnt work. It always gives me the free trial and not the full game.

Can you find the game in your purchase history and the status of your purchase is ''completed''?

If so, make sure the account that purchased the game is logged into the Microsoft Store app. Open the Microsoft Store app on your Windows, log in to the account that purchased the game in the upper right corner.

If you don't find the game in your purchase history, it means the game was not purchased using that account. I recommend looking through the purchase history of other accounts you used.

Please uninstall the game and follow these steps and then install the game again through the Microsoft Store app.

Check for updates on Windows Update, update everything including optional/additional updates.

1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app

2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset.

3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

4. Open the Microsoft Store app, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner>downloads updates>get updates and update everything.

5. Restart your PC, log in to both apps.

Yes I did check and it says it was completed. Yet still, the game is not fully purchased.

None of those options worked, the account is definitely correct and I am using the same account for both. The launcher seems to be up to date as well. Surely, if I am able to play minecraft bedrock with that account on ios (I am able to join realms) then my account must have Bedrock, additionally when logging into the launcher with my brothers account who plays bedrock on PC, all it says is "Play Trial" so something is definitely wrong with the launcher. Is there anything else I can do? My PC is 7 years old, does it have something to do with that?
