How do i get an appeal?

My Xbox Live Account was permanently suspended by a ransomhacker who threatened to ban my account if i didnt pay him 5,000 dollars when i finally saw the email i checked my account when i went to the enforcement page i found that my account was permanently banned with a denied appeal the hacker did what he threatened he would do and a year later i still haven’t found justice not revealing the hacker not even getting an appeal i just wish xbox would help me especially since it’s obviously this easy to be hacked nowadays a few last things though if your going to ask how i didnt notie i was hacked earlier during quarantine i moved from xbox to PlayStation

And XBOX ENFORCEMENT if your reading this(probably not) my xbox account is named Gamer gyro the support team can’t help me but you can! We are people and i am a victim of a cyber crime and im punished for it its jut not fair is what im saying.. Thank you

Since the scammer is blackmailing you, try to contact your local enforcement to report that person.

Well this is why I’m on the forums this happened a year ago and I haven’t made any progress the email I got about the hack was deleted and Microsoft hasn’t helped in any way I lost a 15,000 dollar account because I didn’t know what 2fa was

that's what I did before I was suspended and note that I used minor language eg loser and idiot
