How do I get an agent who can legitimately help?

I have an issue with a controller I ordered through design lab, I spent approximately 2 hours on the phone with various agents. I was blind transferred twice with the agent I was sent to having zero clue as to the problem. as well as being hung up on 3 times, two of the times it seemed like once the agent couldn't come up with a quick solution and once by a manager after he was hung up on after trying to transfer me by the department he was trying to transfer me to. I am now not allowed to receive call backs because of some arbitrary limit of call backs in a day even though every time but the first request was because again I was hung up on.

Can I please speak to a manager or representative who cares enough to actually help?

Are you within ypur 30 days ?

If within your 30 days then you call ms store in yoir region

Xbox support.for. Repairs

Issues with an order is handled thru ms store

There is only so many enforcement agents they don't have time to spend time to answer spam calls when they could be enforcing the rules and helping people who have legitimate questions rather the multiple calls trying to lift suspensions

I can get up to here only there is no agent who is helping me or an Ai to chat.
