    How do I get an add on I paid for but Microsoft keeps hitting my credit card 9 times for it...


    I'm trying to find where I can get my add on, I bought it last month when it was announced. the hot wheels add on for Microsoft forza horizon 5. I have proof that not only did I get what I ordered I have proof of purchase and I have proof that Microsoft has hit my credit card at least 9 times after I paid for it. I took photo's after purchase. I only used a few dollars on my credit card and the rest I used my Microsoft points to pay for it, my points are gone and it paid for the rest off my credit card. this is nonsense. Microsoft tries to steal from me like Apple

    So, did you used points to claim an Xbox gift card and then use that balance to purchase the hot wheels add-on?

    When did you redeemed the points?
    I ask this due to redeemed Xbox/Microsoft gift cards expires after 90 days of redemption

    If you check your Microsoft account order history this purchase appears as payed only with credit card?
    Or are you able to see any Microsoft balance?

    I have tried multiple times to contact the support but i keep getting redirected... At one time I had the phone number and i called but all that i heard was to go on the website for help (not very helping). I tried other places (to add my credit card) and everything
    is fine, it worked very well so it tells me that the problem is with Microsoft. Even if i go to the Customer Support all they say is how to add my card (wich i already know how)

    You can't add a card to the account, it won't let you, comes up with a message saying the primary family gold account holder can only do this.. otherwise i would, we have purchased a pre-paid visa just for this..

    How do i get it to work using your suggestion to add a card ?

    Alternatively, what are the other options to use the pre-paid card to buy MS credit ?

    Oh, and 1more thing, is it possible to add new credit card in Microsoft Billing and Account Managment page? If it so how? I could try to add my credit card there, meybe it would work. If no, is there a way how to cofigure removed credit card? On that page
    my credit card is in (removed) option, meybe its that problem, you can't add same credit card anymore once deleted? Thanks.
