How do I get ads off my games or get a refund on my no-ads subscrition

I would like to clarify, is this for the premium subscription for Casual Games Collections?

If yes, make sure that you're signed in under the correct Microsoft account where it was purchased. Sign out on Microsoft Store App and then sign back in before re-launching the game,

I have chosen "Request a refund" and also have tried to others topics, but in fact it have never shown an option to request a call from support. Could I do anything else?

I would like to get a refund since the date my house was stolen and cancceling my Live Gold and EA subscritions.

Can you please give us an example of a game that you've purchased, but isn't associated? The only games that will show up in your history are digital purchases. A physical purchase wouldn't show up here.

Thanks for the information, how did you purchase or obtain these games exactly? To clarify, if they were purchased or obtained any way other than digitally through the Xbox Store, they won't show up in your purchase history.
