    How do I get a supervisor to call me I was hung up on by an agent names al


    My product is faulty and you owe me a refund I'm paying a 2 year loan and the warranty was only 1 year? My product fails immediately after warranty expires proving you sold me a inferior product I want it repaired under warranty or I will refuse to pay for another xbox product ever again . You are losing your customer loyalty and going to lose the player base you need to support the Xbox community

    As above. You seem to have gotten a lazy service rep. If you want to open a claim they have to do it. If they refuse as to speak with a supervisor. Make sure to remember their name so you can tell the supervisor when you call back as I'm sure you'll
    "accidentally" get hung up on.

    asking for a supervisor is not going to help you, they have the same tools that the agents do, many a supervisor has told me this in fact supervisors started denying my calls untill i allowed the agent to attempt to help me -.- so no don't ask for a sup

    call support, a number that xbox also did not provide so I found it online and was not routed to a line where I knew there was a problem.

    Quoting the same info over and over isn't resolving my issue. Please post all the ToS agreements I have clicked yes to for every game and service I have signed up for thanks to your advertisements so I can start quoting some back to you. Are you guys robots

    I totally understand where you are coming from. I would highly recommend you choose the Xbox chat support as an alternative option.

    If I may ask, may I know the specific troubleshooting steps you have done so far on fixing the issue?

    As for the refund, if it regards the Xbox game pass subscription, you may be eligible to cancel your recurring subscription and request a refund, but not all subscription purchases are eligible for a refund.     Why can't I request a call back? This morning the agent hung up on me.

    Hey,

    Any time I try to launch a game from the Xbox app on PC it just crashes.

    I have tried all the fixes I can find - this started at christmas - and at this point I just want a refund.

    I am mostly upset that the 'agents' who were supposed to help just put me on hold after taking my name, kept me waiting for 10 mins and then hung up on me.
