How do I get a refund if I brought a add on by mistake

.... and make sure that you do not play the wrong game for more than 2 hours or the refund could be denied !

How would I get out to Xbox Support when it was them that made the mistake. I asked for the refund, then after realised that I wanted the game. So i asked them to stop the refund, they would still do the refund.
