How do I get a refund for the game pass

You can cancel the subscription and get a refund by logging in through this website

Select the three dots next to the name of the subscription you wish to cancel and then select “Manage”, in that section you will find the “Cancel subscription” button, select it and it should give you the option to cancel and get a refund.

In case it does not let you do it and you get a message saying that it is not possible to cancel because the subscription is already paid, please note that there are certain policies that must be met before the system will process a refund. For example, subscription refunds are limited to one per account. You can find more information here.

I've had similar experiences. Except my Game Pass was cancelled years ago and I've only just realised that I'm still getting charged for it.

Microsoft contact is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to.

I've tried every conceivable avenue to call someone and can't get a callback, a contact number or anything.

Also, Daniel Gill, the links you've supplied are obvious and UNHELPFUL. You get the same non-response through both of those links.

I need someone to TALK TO via Web chat, email, or preferably over the phone.

You can receive a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase or before the first recurring billing date, you mention that the subscription was purchased on the 11th of this month so less than 30 days have passed so it is possible that If you can request a refund.
