How do I get a refund after getting denied

Hello again, as I mentioned above you can make another request, ideally it waits 72 hours, but does not mean that the request will be accepted.

So yesterday,I found out that my cousin who was borrowing my account had bought some for R359,99. When I tried refunding it,I got denied because of the other refunds I've made because of my cousin who was repeatedly buying things on my card.I tried to contact them but it keeps saying" sorry,something went wrong on our end,try again". I replied to the email showing me the decision that they made and I haven't gotten anything from them. I see people saying that they got their refunds after being denied by replying to the email.Is there another way I can get my money back? I tried their virtual assistant but it is useless. I can't get hold off their customer support line. I just want my money back,that's all. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME. It says that I have reached the limits of refunds this year,please help me.

To add, I'd stop letting your cousin use your account because 1. You say this isn't the first time theyve purchased something without your permission and 2. Its actually against the rules to let anyone else use your account.

Hello SivuyileNdlovu, in cases like this Xbox Support can't help you, because they don't handle a refund, all refunds are made on requests through the form you filled out.

What you can do is after 72 hours of the first request response, make another refund request to see if it is approved.

When a refund is denied, youll want to appeal the decision. To do this, youll want to go back into the original email you recieved and copy the reference number you had been provided. Once that is copied, select the reply option and respond directly to the email placing the refernece number in the subject field.

In your response, provide details regarding the request.

Note: If a player sunk a ton of time into a game, the refund can be denied again.
