    How do I get a game stuck on an Expansion Card back?


    I bought an expansion card recently and when I moved a game onto it, my headset lost audio but most importantly, my controller lost connection, wired or not. I contacted the expansion card company and they stated that the issue is consistent with a broken expansion port on my Xbox but still offered a replacement for the card. However, I still want the game back before I send the old card back to them. I’ve tried looking on the Xbox store to see if I can redownload it however it doesn’t even show up as owning the game. I tried contacting Xbox support but every time I put in the information and click the “request a call” button, it brings me to a virtual agent saying I need to sign in even though I already was. Then when I click the “sign in” button it brings me to a blank page with the url “about.blank”. Can anybody help me get my game back on my Xbox or get me in touch with Xbox support?

    How do I get a game stuck on an Expansion Card back?

    The game is Forza Horizon 5. I’ve checked the My Games and Apps section and it’s not there either.

    What is the game you are trying to download? Are you able to go in My Games and Apps on the console to view all your owned games and download it from there?
