    How do I get a case review and appeal a suspension for doing nothing wrong?


    I posted a group post for the game warframe stating "Wts wisp prime for 120" and others was doing the same yet i was reported for it and suspended. I'm not even sure why i was reported or anything about it. Now im not sure what i can do about it since to me i have not done anything wrong to anyone or how i could offend anyone. I'm pretty sure someone was upset or just wanted to report to be "funny" since my gamer tag as girl in it. This is not the first time i have been reported for having girl in the name but this isn't funny and i want to play my game again with my friends. Please and thanks

    Enforcement Team punishing me for someone elses actions

    You are held responsible for your account & everything that happens on it.

    If you have already filed for a case review & the decision was upheld then there is nothing else you can do.

    There is no one to talk to to get the suspension lifted,filing fo a case review is the only way to appeal a suspension.

    There's nothing anyone here can do as the enforcement team do not use the forums.

    The only way to appeal a suspension is on the enforcement site if eligible but from what you posted i wouldn't get your hopes up of getting the suspension lifted if you can file for a case review.

    How to appeal suspension

    Support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement & can not help so contacting them will do nothing.

    The only way to appeal a ban/suspension is by filing for a case review on the enforcement site,which you have done.

    You only get one appeal,which you have used,so your son will just have to wait out the suspension.
