    Don't worry, sometimes the image format (jpg, jpeg, etc) is the one causing the issue

    But I'm glad to hear that you was able to use the desired picture!

    May I know if you tried with a different picture to see if the issue persists?

    If not, can you try doing an screenshot of the current picture (in that way you're going to create a copy) crop it if necessary and then upload the new picture in the Xbox app to see how it goes?
