How do I fix unobtainable achievements?

A few days ago, I encountered a weird issue. I was going for 100% in a game's achievement list and ran into 1 that won't unlock no matter how many times I try to redo it. The achievement is to finish a specific mission. There's also an achievement to complete the whole game, which I have, so I should have this one. I've already replayed the game 5 times and still can't get it. Here's a list of the things I've tried to resolve this:

Remove my profile, power cycle my console, then redownload my profile.

Reset my console while keeping games and apps.

Delete my saved data, then resync. (I even tried deleting it entirely from the Xbox network and getting 100% in the game again.)

Everywhere I go, I see everyone saying to do the things I've mentioned above. I just want the 1 achievement. If this can be helpful in any way, I'm using an Xbox One X.

True Achievements are not part of Microsoft or the department that takes care of achievements,they are a 3rd party site that tracks achievements who's community might have solutions about glitched achievements.They can do nothing to help with unobtainable achievements,only the games developers can fix those..

Hello again, you can try to contact Xbox Customer Service via chat, but unfortunately in this case of the achievements they are will be able to help you.

I know this and don't necessarily understand why I was told they were in control of achievements. I was just hoping that with contacting TA, I could possibly find additional solution(s) to this, but they just told me what everyone has already said to do (all the things I listed in the original message).

Hello, Georges, and thank you for your reply. I did manage to get in contact with TrueAchievements support. Unfortunately, I was informed that there was nothing that could be done for this specific issue. I was even referred back to Xbox support, ultimately providing no real solution to all of this.
