How do i fix this xbox error?

Help me please, i've done a lot of possible solutions and it still give me error when i launch a game in the xbox app for w10.

i can't upload the capture with the issue so im going to describe it: when i launch a game, it get stuck in the loggin screen with the game banner in the background. I called support and they didn't solve it because no one knows how to resolve this. Please i need this to get visible for microsoft! i can't play any game!

I understand that you are experiencing disconnection from Minecraft Bedrock for PC.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Please restart your router and modem in order for your network to refresh.

And then allow Minecraft Through Firewall.

Open Windows Defender Firewall by typing wf.msc in the search bar:

Go to Inbound Rules.

Click New Rule.

Select Program and browse to the Minecraft executable file.

Choose Allow the connection and name the rule.

Next is to uninstall and reinstall Minecraft Bedrock Edition to delete the corrupted files of the game.
