How do I fix this problem? (please reply ASAP)

So I'm having a problem with my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, I forgot to turn off recurring billing, and now I'm stuck with a past due payment. I don't have a bank setup for my debit card, so thats out of the question of paying for it. Please
help, I tried customer support, but they were no help

It depends on the card. Not all of them will work with Live. If it does and it can pay off the balance, then that could work.

I got the debit card for free on an app...and I am not paying for something I don't want anymore

Hi there,

If you have a debit card, then I don't understand how there is no 'bank account' attached to it - you have to have an account in order to get a debit card in the first place..

You will have to clear the balance in order to continue using Xbox Live. Please take a look at the payment options found on
this page. Regrettably, you cannot use credit on your Microsoft Account to pay for the
arrears. An option may be to purchase a pre paid Visa card, as outlined
here.

Support didn't really help on the phone, they told me I'd have to pay and have them refund it, but why would they say that if they could just cancel it?

How do I fix this problem? (please reply ASAP)
