    How do I fix the issue when trying to login to the Xbox app on pc where it says "An illegal...


    When I tried to login to minecraft in the minecraft launcher it said "We couldn't sign you in to Xbox Live. Sorry, something went wrong. Try again in a while. (0x8000000D)" which I searched up and couldn't find anything so I tried logging into the Xbox app which then came up with "We couldn't sign you in to Xbox Live. An illegal state change was requested". I have logged into my microsoft account on the website and checked if anyone had logged into my account or if any information had changed but it said nothing. I have also tried changing my password and my other microsoft account does work. I have the latest version of windows 10 installed.

    Is this your first time trying to login or sign in to Minecraft Launcher and Xbox app? Be sure to setup your Xbox profile correctly to https://account.xbox.com/Profile website.

    Try to repair/reset as well your Minecraft Launcher, Xbox app, and the Microsoft Store.

    If possible, try to uninstall your Xbox app and install it back again.

    Don't forget to set your PC region correctly.
    Select Start > Settings > Time & Language > Region.
    Under Country or region, select your correct region. It should match with your account region from https://account.microsoft.com > Your info.
