How do I fix the Home screen?

tl:dr - The UI for the Home Screen is broken.

I got on, this morning and what unholy abomination was allowed to tamper with my damn Xbox? The Home screen looks like someone thought billboards spawning like frogs was a good idea. 90% of it is useless clutter. Either dead space, at the top or the entire Xbox store between me and the apps I actually use. No option to remove any of this or even rearrange it.

Seriously, whatever executive decided to ignore the entire graphic design team needs to stay in their damn lane. Put it back and stop changing the Home screen. None of the "improvements" you've made, since the original Xbox One have actually been good.

Please, at the very least, give us the option to opt out of this terrible design choice. I'm posting this as a support question because it is legitimately a problem that needs to solved. I don't even want to use the system, the way this is, now. It's obnoxious and a truly unpleasant user experience.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the home screen.

Have you tried to use a different HDMI Cable or TV? This is to isolate the issue further.
