    How do I fix the error code 80151103 (problem with credentials)?


    I recently formatted my Xbox 360 after I kept getting errors when trying to play Minecraft. However, I keep getting the error mentioned in the title. I changed the password, checked many times that I typed the password right, checked that I'm signed into my Wi-Fi, and made EXTRA sure I typed my email right. What do I do? Attached image is what I get each time I attempt to sign into my gamer profile (MarineTheFox).

    Update 2: Tried clicking on "Can't sign in?" and led to a non-functioning link... is that normal?

    Hope you are doing well.

    That could be not necessary id the suggestion below by the Internal Support Team will work for you too.

    Try to power off and on the console, or power cycle/restart the console, this has been proved as resolution to the issue.

    In any event, if you make a change to your Microsoft account (for example, enabling two-step verification or updating payment options), you'll need to reset your subscription's recurring billing. You may also see this thread and check for the advice from RainingRoses.

    How do I fix the error code 80151103 (problem with credentials)?

    I don't have an empty flashdrive, but I still doubt that it'd work. The Xbox app does work with my profile. It worked before I wiped the data, so maybe I should clear the cache/wipe the hard drive again?
