How do I fix sys_error Disc Read Error [15.0] ‘global.fp’?

Please note that in order to play Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, players need to have the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Multiplayer Add-on installed. This usually causes these types of errors. Please follow these steps:

Go to My games & apps and select See all.

Select Full library.

Select All owned games.

Find and select Call of Duty: Warzone.

Select Install all.

MW3 has disc read errors a lot. I have my copy saved to my hard drive, and I still get disc read errors. Not sure how to fix it.
