how do i fix not receiving invites

Kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

How do I confirm that my name is at least on the list to hopefully receive an invitation?

Let's try removing and adding your profile back to your console.

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Select Profile & System> Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

Choose the profile that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

Then

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Select Profile & System > Add or switch > Add new.

Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.

Enter the password for your Microsoft account, and then select Enter.

Review the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In, security & PIN preferences to finish adding your profile to the console.

We do not get an error. Example I open the popup (360) and click on my friend then choose invite to party and game, he 1: doesn't receive the invite or 2: it doesn't let him accept the invite, options are not active.

I assume we have license, I'm pretty sure I do, how do you check?
