    How do i fix my xbox one?


    I have an xbox one, had it for about a year, never any problems. Until 3 days ago. I was playing gta 5 online and my session started to glitch. It startes to kick me out of sessions, and kick me back to the xbox main menu, i tried to trouble shoot, thought maybe was conection. So i switched conection, switched games, tried different cords, hard wired, nothing helped. I tried uninstalling and re installing, power cycling and then it stared to have error messages, so i tried resetting amd factory resetting then blck screen, so tried the offline download amd it always stops and gives an error message. im pretty sure i broke it. HELP PLEASE

    If you don't mind, I'd like to ask you a few questions:

    • May I ask which Xbox One model you are using?

    - If you have the original Xbox One, could you tell me the color and status (flashing, solid, or off) of your power supply's LED indicator?

    • Besides your TV/monitor, are there any external devices plugged into your console?

    • Is your console plugged directly into one of the wall outlets? Sometimes extension cords, power strips, surge protectors, and similar devices, can cause this kind of problem.

    How do I fix my Xbox one

    Try using a different power outlet to make sure that isn't the issue.

    If that doesn't fix it you would need to send it in for repair.

    Self repair voids your warranty (if you open up yout Xbox wont touch your system with a ten foot pole even if you paid for the repair)

    Discussion of self repair is against the forums rules.

    Hi, thank you for reaching out! I'm using the original xbox one, and the LED glows solid for a second or two before turning off. There's nothing else plugged into it, but I am using a power strip.
