    About a year ago I bought an Xbox one x in good condition. After about a month of use it started to freeze and lag critically.

    power cycling your Xbox console will reset the network card and clear the cache. Press and hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.

    Hi. My name is Mel and I am an independent advisor. You can try power cycling your console. Hold the xbox button on the front of the console for 10 seconds. After console shuts down unplug it, I usually leave it unplugged for 60 seconds and then plug it back in, this should fix the issue. If not please come back to me and I will assist further.

    Slow to login to the xbox one ever since new update

    Im having the same issue ever since the new update its taking me forever to log in and even when it does the moment i try and open the menu it freezes up and doesnt let me close it or do anything like snap an app or start a party. Methods i have tried is
    restarting my xbox one and resetting my router.
