How do i fix my Xbox One S?

Kindly try plugging in your console on a different wall outlet. If you have already tried that and the same issue occurs, may I ask if you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? If yes, a corrupted hard drive may cause issues as well, make sure to unplug and reset the Internal power supply by following the steps below:

"Unplug the mains lead from the console.

Wait 10 seconds.

Plug the cord back into the console, and then press the Xbox button on the front of the console."

Have you tried to reset your console?

Please, follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

If you don't mind, I'd like to ask you a few questions:

• May I ask which Xbox One model you are using?

- If you have the original Xbox One, could you tell me the color and status (flashing, solid, or off) of your power supply's LED indicator?

• Besides your TV/monitor, are there any external devices plugged into your console?

• Is your console plugged directly into one of the wall outlets? Sometimes extension cords, power strips, surge protectors, and similar devices, can cause this kind of problem.

Try using a different power outlet to make sure that isn't the issue.

If that doesn't fix it you would need to send it in for repair.

Self repair voids your warranty (if you open up yout Xbox wont touch your system with a ten foot pole even if you paid for the repair)
